  1. The return should be logged with us within 30 days of original purchase

  2. The entire product including the bonuses should be returned in it’s original packaging

  3. The shipping costs of the return are non-refundable and are to be met by the customer

  4. You are responsible for ensuring the package is shipped securely and received by us - we recommend a form of recorded delivery or courier service with full tracking facilities
