Billy has ten years’ experience in personal development training in America, Europe as well as the UK. He has worked with a number of high achieving individuals and discovered their secrets, techniques and strategies which enable them to become successful both in their career and personal lives too. Through his training and work Billy has developed a unique ability to help others discover their ‘blind spots’ and the barriers which prevent them from moving forward. He has worked with successful business owners, other personal development trainers, individuals facing retirement and those who want to achieve more in their personal lives.

Since 2009 Billy has produced an in-depth range of high quality and highly effective products that have generated rave reviews from customers. Few personal development specialists or coaches can claim such an achievement. This is just one of the aspects that make Billy stand out from the crowd as a Personal Development specialist and mentor.

Another aspect of Billy which is unique is his 30 years farming background in Lanarkshire and Fife. This distinctive background gave Billy a very different perspective on personal development issues such as time management, emotional intelligence and how to successfully make big changes in your life – something he innately understands having left farming and entered the service industry of Personal Development.

When asked if there is any connection between farming and life coaching he says “Although it seems an unlikely transition when I was a livestock farmer, I helped animals to grow. When I was an arable farmer I helped crops to grow. Now as a Personal Development Specialist, I help people to grow. It’s a natural progression for me and one I absolutely love.”

Married to Billy for 24 years, she is also mum to 21 year old mechanical engineering graduate Stephen and 19 year old Richard who is also part of the PS Life Can Be Easy business. She has previously worked with infants, providing after school care for 9 - 13 year olds in a private school. This role has given her invaluable experience in working with both children and adults to learn and help them make the most of every opportunity. Having studied personal development for eight years and practised it for longer, she understands the benefits of combining the mind, body and spirit to get the most from life. She also has a particular interest in Cranio Sacral and Somatic Emotional Release.

Arianne specialises in working with women and parents on issues such as how parenting redefines you as well as other issues facing women today. She is passionate about helping women discover the right work/life balance as well as discovering what makes them happy.

Richard joined PS Life Can Be Easy in 2009 as a personal assistant to Billy. He now plays an integral part in promoting and marketing the company internationally, particularly through social media.

He has been active in Personal Development for eight years since the age of 12 and has attended courses in both the UK and America in that time. He holds a wealth of experience in working with young people of different ages to find out what they want to achieve in life as well as overcoming any issues or barriers they may face. Growing up can be a very challenging time in anyone’s life and it’s often during this time that we set the path for our future as we develop and evolve as an individual.

Shaun is the email marketing specialist behind PS Life Can Be Easy, responsible for managing the databases, online shopping features and the e-mail follow-up system. He makes sure that the right marketing goes to the right people at the right time.
